The Rossoneri are still very much in the race for a Europa League spot, fighting back for a 2-2 draw away to Napoli and still unbeaten since the restart.
However, they are starting to look tired and coach Stefano Pioli is forced to make some changes, as Alexis Saelemaekers is suspended, with Lucas Paqueta a late injury absentee.
Samu Castillejo, Mateo Musacchio and Leo Duarte are also on the treatment table, so Rafael Leao gets a rare start with Giacomo Bonaventura and Hakan Calhanoglu supporting 38-year-old Ibrahimovic.
Simon Kjaer is in defence, celebrating the news he has been purchased on a permanent basis from Sevilla.
Ismael Bennacer is rested, so Lucas Biglia starts in midfield with Franck Kessie.
Parma completed a shock comeback from 2-0 down in stoppages to draw 2-2 with Bologna at the weekend, with Roberto Inglese marking his return from months out with a decisive goal.
Inglese is not fit enough to start yet, but Andreas Cornelius does return to lead the line with Dejan Kulusevski and Gervinho.
Matteo Scozzarella and Juraj Kucka are out of action, though.
